For three decades, thermal power plants across India have trusted us with their most critical components: new spares manufactured and developed from scratch, and worn parts reconditioned or superconditioned to outlast the originals. Coal burner assemblies, journal assemblies, screw conveyors, crusher rotors, ID fans and more.

These are real coal burner tips from a running power plant. The left side is how they arrived. The right side is how they left. Drag the handle to see what superconditioning actually means.

A new OEM part costs a fortune and takes months. A Deepak Engineering supercondition costs a fraction, arrives in committed time, and runs longer than the part it replaced, because we upgrade the wear zones the OEM never did. That is why power plants across India keep coming back, outage after outage.
From the coal handling plant to the burner tip, we manufacture and restore the components that take the worst abuse in a thermal power station.
