RAL valves control material flow between pressure zones, the most punishing corners of a cement plant. Ours are engineered to outlast the conditions they were designed for, and we documented exactly how.
A rotary air lock valve sits where it hurts most: between pressure zones in kilns, preheaters, coal feed lines and dust discharge systems, eating abrasion and heat around the clock. When it leaks or wears out, the whole line pays for it. That is exactly where we have spent years getting ruthless about the details.
Casing liners and rotor blades in Hardox® 500 or equivalent wear steel. Dramatically longer life and durability in the most abrasive duty there is.
We machine the casing liner from the inside and the rotor from the outside. The result is a precisely matched pair with minimal clearance between them.
Less gap means less leakage across the pressure zones, which means better process efficiency and longer service life for the valve itself.
We have built and rebuilt more than a hundred rotary air locks. At this point there is no failure mode, duty condition or size we haven't already engineered around.
Every rotor is dynamically balanced on our own machine before assembly. Balanced rotors mean longer motor, gearbox and bearing life for you.
OEM replacements or fully custom builds across the entire size range, with reverse engineering for obsolete designs and before/after documentation on every rebuild.
